Shipping policy
Elvorenya ships to the countries available during checkout.
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated delivery usually takes 7 to 20 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs, local postal services, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. When tracking is available, we will send your tracking information by email.
Tracking information may take several days to update after the shipping label is created.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Elvorenya is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an address mistake. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after the order has been processed.
Customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges may apply depending on your country. Unless stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
When tracking shows that a package has been delivered, Elvorenya is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery. Please check with household members, neighbours, the shipping carrier, and your local post office before contacting us.
